CalendarExtender getting hidden behind other controls

One scenario wherein the CalendarExtender appears to be hidden behind other control is —-
When any close-by control have style=display:inline.

If I remove that inline thing — the calendar gets happy —

<style type="text/css">
    .enterzipCalenderCompliant {
    PADDING-RIGHT: 10px;  FLOAT: left /*No display=inline*/
    }
</style>

<asp:TextBox ID="txtEndDate" runat="server" MaxLength="10" ></asp:TextBox>
<ajaxToolkit:CalendarExtender ID="CalExtEnd" runat="server" TargetControlID="txtEndDate"></ajaxToolkit:CalendarExtender>
<br>
<div class="enterzipCalenderCompliant"><label for="zip">Enter Zip Code:</label>
    <asp:TextBox ID="txtZip" runat="server" CssClass="smfield" MaxLength="5" onchange="TextBoxZip_OnChange();" ></asp:TextBox>
    <asp:RequiredFieldValidator ID="ReqZip" runat="server" ErrorMessage="Zip Required" ControlToValidate="txtZip" ForeColor="Red"  Display="Dynamic" Text="*"></asp:RequiredFieldValidator>
    <asp:RegularExpressionValidator ID="regvZip" runat="server" ControlToValidate="txtZip" ValidationExpression="^\d{5}-\d{4}|\d{5}|[A-Z]\d[A-Z] \d[A-Z]\d$" ErrorMessage="*" ForeColor="Red" Font-Italic="true" Font-Size="10px"></asp:RegularExpressionValidator>
    <span class="ortxt">or</span>
</div>

Hope this helps.
